My C-9 LED Christmas lights suck…?

I went ahead and splurged on the LED Christmas lights this year, and they looked great in the store. I spent 4 hours getting them all perfectly hung on the house, and when it was finally time for my Clark Griswold moment….well, I was less than impressed. They are dimmer than my solar yard lights, and my house looks ridiculous. Why isn’t anyone else bickering about this, and is there any way to brighten them up??

In lieu of have them pointing to the sky, turn them on their side and have the pointed top point toward the street.
There is not much more you can do other than take them back for a refund and try another brand.
